Vegemania! was published in the third quarter of 2006 and is essentially a book about vegetables. It follows the same format as Fruitastic in that the first section; the vegetable garden is laden with colourful descriptions of a selection of vegetables, nutritional facts and relevant anecdotes. The section that follows contains recipes.

The recipe section is further separated into starters and soups, main courses and finally desserts. In this section Mohana has included timeless favourites that have been prepared in adherence to the principles of healthy living, wellness and longevity. The preparations have minimal oil content and utilise potent spices to invigorate and nourish. All these preparations are strictly vegetarian without the use of animal products and therefore suitable for the strictest of vegetarian.

Medical professionals are in no doubt that nutrition plays a significant role maintenance of health and are now strongly advocating the consumption of a minimum of 3-5 servings of fruits and vegetables a day.
